OUR STORY
How Shadow Creek Estates Came to Be
Tripp Loyd, Founder of Loyd Builders, long desired to develop his own unique community. He wanted to deliver a complete and first-class experience for each home buyer, including high-level service, beautiful design, and the finest quality build.
He envisioned a community that brought the outside-in, using natural materials, timeless architecture, and energy efficient technology for homes built to last for generations. A place where the community would be maintained to the highest possible standard during development and then continue as all homeowners are happily living there.
At just the right time, the opportunity for Tripp and his team to develop their first entire neighborhood presented itself. As he walked the incredible parcel of land that would soon become Shadow Creek Estates, the pathway to actualizing the company vision became very clear.
He then put together a thoughtful team of people who value the same level of craftsmanship and would be able to partner with Loyd Builders in taking a renowned custom home building experience and applying it to all 31 homes.
Tripp remains actively involved in each build and today, we’re overjoyed to invite you to experience Shadow Creek Estates for yourself.
