Real estate isn't just Christina's profession. It's her passion and her purpose. As the founder and broker-owner of Christina Valkanoff Realty Group, an independent boutique brokerage in Raleigh, she leads with heart, strategy, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for every client she serves.

Christina specializes in luxury homes and custom new construction across North Carolina's Triangle, working in Wake, Durham, and Chatham counties. In 2025 she sold the highest-priced home in the Triangle and sold seven of the market's twenty-five highest sales.

Born and raised just south of Raleigh in Lillington, Christina has been part of the Triangle community her whole life. She earned her real estate license just after high school and began selling homes while attending college. From day one, she knew this was the career she was meant for. After graduating from NC State University, she launched her own real estate team, turning early drive and determination into a lifelong commitment to helping others through real estate. Twenty-five years later, she leads one of the region's most trusted boutique brokerages, with more than 1,850 homes sold.

Christina leads sales and marketing for Loyd Builders, the Triangle's premier custom luxury builder, across its exclusive communities: Shadow Creek Estates and Revere in Raleigh, Highthorn in Chatham County, and Oldfourth in Durham. For clients building from the ground up, she guides the process from lot selection through design and delivery.

She is known for sharp market insight, proven systems, and a calm, confident presence in high-stakes transactions. Whether she is positioning an estate property for sale, representing a buyer in a competitive luxury market, or guiding a family through a custom build, Christina brings clarity, discretion, and a plan tailored to what matters most.

Her market knowledge runs deepest in North Raleigh, Inside the Beltline Raleigh, North Ridge, North Hills, and Avalaire; Preston and MacGregor Downs in Cary; and Hills of Rosemont, Hope Valley and Colvard Farms in Durham and Chatham. What sets her apart is how much she cares, about the people, the process, and the long-term relationship she builds with every client.

Christina served as Chair of the REALTOR Giving Network, a coalition of Triangle real estate professionals working to prevent homelessness and support stable housing, funding organizations including CASA, The Carying Place, and Hope Center at Pullen. A portion of every CVRG closing goes to local causes. She and her husband Andy also own the area's Dairy Queen locations and fundraise each year for Children's Miracle Network, with all funds staying local at Duke Children's Hospital.

Christina lives in the Triangle with Andy and their three children.
